Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Partner Coordinator Specialist to support stakeholder engagement and coordination within a DHS/CISA environment. The role combines cybersecurity fundamentals with engagement of SLTT entities, regional associations, and industry partners.

You will translate complex cybersecurity and program information into executive‑level communications, manage deliverables, and coordinate cross‑functional projects with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals from technical or policy perspectives.
• Experience engaging state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) organizations.
• Proven ability to develop executive‑level deliverables and communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with government, SLTT, regional and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagement activities and initiatives involving external partners.
• Support DHS/CISA stakeholder engagement programs and priorities.
• Translate cybersecurity, policy and program information into clear leadership materials.
• Facilitate meetings and track projects, milestones, and action items.
• Provide advisory support on stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
• Maintain documentation, status reports, and engagement records.
