Qualifications

• 9+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI or other clouds.
• 9+ years of infrastructure, database, and networking architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; professional certifications in security encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead Federal Financial Solutions Architecture team to drive customer success on AWS.
• Formulate and execute strategy with sales to deliver outcomes across the federal financial portfolio.
• Hire, onboard, and develop new Solutions Architects with focus on security and compliance.
• Coach teams in technical engagements, including whiteboard sessions and workshops.
• Share best-practice knowledge across the AWS Solutions Architect community.
