Job summary

Oneida Innovations Group seeks an experienced Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer for its Federal/DoD Business Development team. You will engage with customers, define requirements, and develop proposed IT modernization and cybersecurity solutions.

Role emphasizes technical solutioning, capture efforts, and collaboration with HR and pricing teams to support proposals and cost estimates. Travel 30%-50% is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
• 10+ years of federal/DoD-related experience
• Must have experience with large DoD IT services/proposals
• Experience with development of large proposals and staffing plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management; able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Contribute technical solution content for solution presentations and pre-sale demos
• Present proposed solutions to customers, prospects and teammates
• Gather functional and technical requirements from customers
• Develop win themes and technical inputs for proposals
• Lead capture and proposal-stage technical solutioning sessions
• Work within CRM to update leads and opportunities
