Sardine, a remote-first company, seeks an experienced Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integrations with U.S. federal agencies and system integrators. You will translate complex technical and compliance requirements into actionable solutions within federal security and procurement frameworks.

You will drive API ownership, SDK documentation, and integration guides for FedRAMP-authorized or in‑process environments, while coordinating cross‑functional teams across government delivery cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, integrations, or similar roles.
• 3+ years B2B SaaS in payments, fraud, risk, identity, or compliance.
• Experience delivering integrations in federal environments with SI partners.
• FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, and ATO knowledge.
• Experience with APIs and integration tooling (OpenAPI, OpenAPI specs).

Responsabilités

• Lead federal integrations and manage onboarding with agencies and SI partners.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and FedRAMP-scoped materials.
• Analyze requirements across technical, functional, and compliance perspectives.
• Manage projects through long federal delivery cycles and mitigate risk.
• Serve as the primary integration interface between Sardine, SIs, and end agencies.
