Job summary

Sardine, a remote-first company, seeks a senior Integration leader to manage end-to-end federal government integrations with agencies and SI partners. You will translate complex technical and compliance requirements into deployable, FedRAMP-compliant solutions, working across regulated environments.

You will own APIs, documentation, and integration guides while navigating agency IT approvals and procurement timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementations/solutions roles across multiple technical teams
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS in payments, fraud, risk, identity, or compliance
• Experience delivering federal government integrations with SI partners
• Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes (Moderate/High)
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FISMA, and ATO/IATO processes
• Understanding of federal contracts (GSA MAS, SEWP, OTAs, BPAs)
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical/non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational skills for long, complex delivery cycles
• Advanced SQL and JSON payload analysis; API/OpenAPI experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products in federal agency environments
• Coordinate onboarding with federal clients and SI partners amid long government timelines
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and FedRAMP-specific materials
• Translate technical and compliance needs into Sardine-compatible solutions
• Manage projects, monitor quality, and drive deliverables through procurement cycles
• Develop deep understanding of agency business problems, requirements, and success metrics
• Serve as primary integration interface with SIs and agency delivery layers
• Contribute to FedRAMP SSP documentation and security evidence
• Provide product and compliance feedback to internal stakeholders in the federal market
