Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a senior Federal Public Sector Solution Engineer to design, build, and demonstrate Agentic Enterprise solutions for government missions.

You will guide full discovery, architecture, and activation through deployment while collaborating with federal agencies and executives. The role requires hands-on demonstrations, technical leadership, and a strong ability to translate complex tech into mission outcomes, with a focus on data, AI, and trust across agency

Qualifications

• 7+ years customer-facing solution/technical architecture with increasing scope
• Degree in Computer Science required
• Proficiency of Salesforce Core and Data 360/Agentforce stack
• Agentic AI fluency including LLMs, RAG and governance
• Experience with agentic engineering tools
• Executive + technical communication skills
• Growth mindset and ongoing enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to scope agentic solutions
• Build demonstrations and POCs showing autonomous AI agents for federal workflows
• Deliver world-class product demonstrations tied to agency missions and requirements
• Create end-to-end architectures integrating Salesforce Agentic Enterprise Platform
• Design and lead hands-on workshops for IT leads and Enterprise Architects
• Present solutions to GS/Executive leadership, translating technology to outcomes/ROI
• Lead RFI/RFP responses ensuring technical accuracy and security compliance
• Drive activation with customers on definition, configuration and deployment strategies
• Identify automation opportunities to accelerate activation and reduce friction
• Build reusable accelerators and playbooks to scale delivery
• Incorporate Voice of the Customer into Product messaging and plays
• Leverage AI tools to iterate on platform configurations and components
