Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Solution Engineer for the Federal Civilian sector to design, build, and demonstrate AI-enabled solutions using Agentforce. You will lead technical discovery, architecture, and demonstrations for federal agencies, guiding customers from evaluation to production activation and adoption.

You will present complex architectures to executives and contribute to RFI/RFP responses while driving security-compliant, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience.
• Degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Core and the Data 360/Agentforce stack.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, and production behavior of agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with federal stakeholders to define use cases and measures.
• Build demonstrations and POCs using Agentforce to showcase autonomous AI agents.
• Create end-to-end architectures integrating Salesforce components with agency requirements.
• Lead hands-on workshops and deep dives for IT leads and enterprise architects.
• Present solutions to executive stakeholders, translating architectures into ROI.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical accuracy and security compliance.
• Drive activation and deployment strategy to accelerate production readiness.
• Develop reusable accelerators and playbooks for scalable delivery.
• Provide voice of the customer feedback to product and marketing.
