Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC seeks a SharePoint/Task Management Administrator to support the US Army North Acquisition and Contracts team at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX. The role provides SharePoint and data management expertise to enable logistics operations.

Responsibilities include organizing content, running A&C data reports, performing analytics, and ensuring data retention policy compliance while collaborating with end users and enabling workflows within TMT SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive experience including Help Desk, Customer support, and SharePoint administration.
• Active Secret clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• IAT Level II and CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned TMT tasks and balance workload for G-4 Acquisition and Contracts.
• Organize content so documents, lists, and libraries are easy to find and collaborate on.
• Run reports on A&C data.
• Perform data analytics and mining.
• Ensure data compliance and manage retention policies for sensitive SharePoint data.
• Set up and manage collaboration tools, workflows, and processes within TMT SharePoint.
• Work closely with end users to support A&C needs.
