Job summary

ACT1 Federal seeks an experienced Program/Project Management Analyst with strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 capabilities to support PMA-226 at Cherry Point, North Carolina. The selected candidate will help manage digital collaboration, information sharing, asset and form tracking, and end-user support across the program office.

Working with Government personnel, Integrated Product Teams, and business partners, the candidate will provide comprehensive SharePoint and Microsoft Teams support,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, information technology, computer science, communications, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage processes for tracking assets, software, forms, and program-office information.
• Provide technical support and user guidance for Enterprise Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Provide comprehensive SharePoint and Microsoft Teams support for meetings, collaboration, document sharing, and knowledge management.
• Create, edit, and manage SharePoint Online pages and program-office content.
• Set up and maintain digital libraries of program documentation on SharePoint.
• Support conference room and Microsoft Teams meetings and help resolve desktop collaboration-tool issues.
• Participate in user conferences, technical reviews, and technical and project-management meetings.
• Develop and improve digital workflows and tracking processes in coordination with Government and contractor users.
