• Own end-to-end GTM, processes, and performance management for recruiting

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Lead and recruiting functions, including coaching, prioritization, and performance reviews
• Develop and optimize delivery strategies to meet client requirements and growth targets
• Monitor performance with BI dashboards and Bullhorn reports to identify trends and gaps
• Implement and train standardized recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
