Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related training experience developing SAP train-the-trainer and end-user content.
• Strong instructional design, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to Kansas City.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP training content for beginners.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led SAP training sessions.
• Develop instructor materials, such as outlines and guides.
• Develop student materials, such as manuals and handouts.
• Create simulations and microlearning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with solution design and user adoption.
• Support needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation and version control for training assets.
• Support organizational change management activities.
