Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual workshops.
• Present BC-approved curriculum and learning objectives.
• Explain complex retirement concepts accurately and clearly.
• Facilitate participant questions and discussions.
• Adapt delivery to audiences with different levels of financial knowledge.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal retirement rules and benefits.
• Identify areas where participants require professional or individualized assistance in a group setting.
• Participate in curriculum reviews and updates.
• Provide feedback on participant questions and emerging educational needs.
• Maintain professional and objective conduct per BC’s education-first model.
