Aptive Resources is seeking a full-time Benefits Advisor with a strong background in training, customer service, and project management to support a federal client. The role emphasizes independence, collaboration, and a proactive approach to feedback on tasks.

The ideal candidate will conduct training sessions, serve as a subject-matter expert on federal programs for Veterans and service members, and coordinate learning modules both virtually and on-site at CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with stakeholders, tailoring content to needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on federal programs and services available to Veterans and service members.
  • Provide one-on-one support to stakeholders with questions about federal programs and services.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person learning modules with stakeholders.
  • Participate in events at federal sites and military installations.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, guiding stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with leadership and contract project management for reporting.
