Aleto Inc. is seeking a Relocation Project Coordinator to support a government client site in Northern Virginia.

The role covers the full lifecycle of leased or owned assets, including space planning, design, construction, and closeout, with close collaboration among internal teams and external contractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and service-oriented, capable of working with general contractors in the field and office to manage moves and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating relocation projects and move management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with general contractors and clients to meet government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate project timelines.
• Prepare scopes of work and budget estimates.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate moves from individuals to large group relocations.
• Oversee admin, construction management, and turnover to O&M teams.
