Aleto Inc. is seeking a Relocation Project Coordinator to support a government client site in Northern Virginia.

The role covers the full lifecycle of leased or owned assets, including space planning, design, construction, and closeout, with close collaboration among internal teams and external contractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and service-oriented, capable of working with general contractors in the field and office to manage moves and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Aleto Inc. is looking to hire a Relocation Project Coordinator for one of its Government Client sites inNorthern Virginia. This role will provide support across the entire lifecycle of leased or owned assets, including space planning, design, construction, closeout, and related analytical services. The Project Manager will oversee the organization and installation ofvarious sizedand complex furniture projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hands‑on, and customer‑service‑oriented. Additionally, we are seeking a Project Manager who is comfortable working with general contractors, both in the field and in the office, to manage federal government move management activities and clients served by Aleto Inc. and its affiliates. This position will collaborate with several internal service areas to ensure all relocation activitiescomply withcontractual, industry, client, and government regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also engage with accounts, transferees, and third‑party carriers tofacilitatesmooth operations.

Relocation Project Coordinator Essential Job Duties

• Assistin the planning, development, execution, and closeout of interior projects to support the client’s brand and workplace innovation strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and coordinating project timelines

• Estimating and budgeting for projects

• Developing Scopes of Work

• Reviewing and responding to submittals and Requests for Information (RFI)

• Reviewing and addressing change order requests
