Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for headquarters and government clients.
• Source qualified applicants and conduct preliminary qualification screens.
• Prequalify candidates during interviews and manage through process (offer, onboarding, etc.).
• Maintain candidate and requirement tracking and OFCCP compliance.
