Job summary

You will source, screen, and manage candidates through full-cycle processes, collaborating with program managers and BD teams to meet current and upcoming staffing needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and strong communication

Qualifications

• Three years of experience filling positions in scientific/biomedical industries.
• Experience recruiting for Biologists, Scientists, Lab Technicians, Clinical Advisors, Medical Officers.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but alternatives considered.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified applicants for HQ and government clients.
• Conduct preliminary qualification screens and prequalify candidates.
• Design and deliver high-volume full-cycle recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offers, onboarding, and security processing as needed.
• Maintain candidate documentation and applicant tracking system records.
