CSEngineering seeks a Real Property Specialist to support the U.S. Air Force 90th Civil Engineer Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY.

You will perform on-site property management, inventories, documentation, and coordinate with Government personnel to support the Sentinel mission. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with accounting/finance coursework and at least two years in land use or realty, plus strong written and verbal communication to maintain accurate records and facilitate

• Bachelor's degree as specified; accounting/finance coursework and real estate law courses noted.
• Minimum 2 years in land use/realty office, reviewing and managing land records, real estate transactions, leased space, or facility space.
• Knowledge of real property principles, rules, regulations, procedures, and federal/state/local guidelines.
• Ability to review floor plans, surveys, docs, and property records; maintain accurate facility data.
• Strong documentation practices and ability to coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support real property acquisition, management, utilization, and disposal transactions.
• Conduct physical inventories and inspections of leased and federally owned facilities.
• Maintain real property records with documentation.
• Reconcile real property records with Government agencies and tenants.
• Review floor plans, surveys, construction documents, and related records for accuracy.
• Update non-spatial data in space reporting tools with GIS and engineering teams.
• Scan and digitize large construction documents and maps.
• Maintain organized property files per federal guidelines.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders to support activities.
