Job summary

CSEngineering seeks a Real Property Specialist to support the U.S. Air Force 90th Civil Engineer Squadron (90 CES) at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY.

The role focuses on on-site property management, inventories, and documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance with federal guidelines. The successful candidate will coordinate with Government personnel, tenants, and engineers, review facility documents, and maintain organized property files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Property Management, Construction Management, or a related field with accounting/finance and real estate law coursework.
• Minimum of 2 years in a land use or realty office dealing with land records, real estate transactions, or facility space.

Responsibilities

• Support real property acquisition, management, utilization, and disposal transactions at the installation.
• Conduct inventories and inspections of leased and federally owned facilities.
• Maintain accurate real property records with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders to support property management.
