• Supporting DOJ as agency counsel in civil actions, preparing litigation materials and participating in eDiscovery and settlements.
• Performing legal research applying laws across CBP portfolio, including budget and funds usage.
• Developing and delivering legal training to CBP managers and employees on title review and land acquisition.
