Avid Core LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Communications Analyst to support real estate acquisition-focused contracts. You will develop landowner outreach materials, coordinate across government teams, and manage CIP processes to ensure timely, accurate engagement.

We value clear communications, organization, and proactive problem solving. The role is based at federal client sites in DC with on-site work and potential government-approved telework options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate coordination, landowner outreach, project coordination, program support, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams with accurate tracking and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute landowner outreach strategies for large infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate landowner outreach with government client teams and track requests.
• Oversee CIP process: coordinate, review, and follow up on submissions.
• Improve workflows, trackers, and guidance for CIP and outreach.
• Manage project tracking tools and documentation for milestones and actions.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for leadership on progress and issues.
• Perform other real estate outreach and coordination duties as assigned.
