Job summary

Bodwé Professional Services Group is seeking a Federal Proposal Coordinator to join a growing proposal operations team. The role covers all administrative aspects of proposal development, including templates, formatting, and past performance libraries.

The candidate should have 3+ years of federal proposal experience, APMP Foundation preferred, and strong written communication. This is a majority remote role with up to 5% travel and requires a Real ID/Passport and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of federal proposal experience.
• APMP Foundation preferred.
• Experience working within a Federal Proposal and Capture Team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport for travel; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop proposals from initial bid/no-bid review through final submission.
• Analyze requirements and create compliance matrices, schedules, outlines, and response templates.
• Coordinate reviews, organize kickoffs, and manage invitations for various proposal team meetings.
• Write original content for use in proposals, ensuring responses communicate qualifications and value.
• Maintain compliance with solicitation instructions and formatting requirements.
• Manage proposal calendars and internal deadlines; follow up with contributors.
• Ensure proper formatting and field completion for government SFs; manage style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan visual representations; create tables, charts, and figures.
