Job summary

Centennial Technologies is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead federal proposal development, ensuring win strategies and compliance while coordinating with capture managers, technical teams, and subject-matter experts. You will write, edit, and assemble proposal content from existing libraries and new material, and support graphics for diverse scale proposals.

The role requires strong English communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals with quality

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Federal proposal coordination, management and writing experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience developing and managing proposal volumes (technical, solution, cost).
• Proficiency with proposal tools: schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, storyboards, color reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development ensuring compliance, quality and alignment with win strategies.
• Collaborate with capture managers, technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Write and edit proposal content using library content and new material.
• Support graphic development for small- to large-scale proposals.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and resource library.
• Oversee proposal staff and writing teams; manage contributions from teammates and subcontractors.
• Incorporate win themes, discriminate features, and graphics into proposals.
• Ensure timely submission and management of compliance artifacts.
