Job summary

Nuvitek is seeking a remote Proposal Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government bid efforts, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and TOs. You will drive compliance, develop winning strategies with Business Development, and coach teams on persuasive proposal writing.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, reviewing documents, maintaining compliance matrices, and ensuring on-time submissions across multiple contract vehicles. Strong FAR knowledge and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Federal Procurement Process and the FAR.
• Experience leading or supporting Civilian and/or DoD proposals.
• Experience managing proposals across TOs, IDIQs, BPAs and OTA agreements.
• Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process for government solicitations, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with Business Development to craft winning strategies and key messages.
• Review RFPs and related documents to create compliant materials.
• Analyze Section L and Section M, maintain compliance matrices, and run color team reviews.
• Provide coaching on persuasive writing to capture teams and SMEs.
• Coordinate proposal meetings and manage materials and discussions.
• Support solution reviews and develop strength statements.
• Manage timelines, assignments, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
