Job summary

Nuvitek is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee the full proposal lifecycle for government solicitations, spanning RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Sources Sought, and TOs. You will coordinate with the Business Development team to develop winning strategies, review documents for compliance, and shepherd materials through color-team reviews and final production.

The role demands strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with a track record in federal procurement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal procurement processes.
• Experience leading or supporting proposals for Civilian and/or DoD agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process for government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Sources Sought, TOs).
• Collaborate with Business Development to craft winning strategies and key messages.
• Review RFPs to create compliant materials and maintain compliance matrices.
• Coordinate color team reviews and manage proposal timelines to ensure on-time submission.
• Provide coaching on persuasive writing and organize proposal meetings and materials.
• Support solution reviews and develop strength statements for proposals.
