Qualifications

• 4–7 years in consulting, professional services, or portfolio management.
• Direct federal contracting experience with major vehicle knowledge (OASIS+, GWACs, IDIQs).
• Experience operating in a consulting/advisory firm with visibility to profitability and staffing.
• Strong familiarity with the Washington, DC government contracting ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, staffing, utilization, margins, and forecasts.
• Partner with engagement leaders to align delivery with client outcomes and reduce risks.
• Own operational rigor for federal engagements, including contract alignment and compliance.
• Support cross-team alignment between US and international groups and workforce planning.
