Job summary

ITility seeks a Proposal Manager to join the Growth Team. You will shape and respond to strategic pursuits, coordinating opportunity qualification, market intelligence, and final submissions. This autonomous role extends beyond live proposals, delivering compliant, customer-focused solutions.

The role is hybrid with 2–3 days onsite in Chantilly, VA, requiring ownership, initiative, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling responses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of federal proposal support or leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience delivering proposals through completion in a federal contracting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and document development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled proposal development platforms and human-in-the-loop content.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal proposal efforts from solicitation release through submission.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and coordinate contributors.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements, compliance, and deadlines.
• Lead responses from small RFIs to enterprise pursuits.
• Manage proposal repositories, configuration control, and collaboration tools.
• Provide risk identification, solutions, and issue resolution guidance.
