Job summary

Morgan 6 is seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Technical Writer to join our Charleston-based team. You will coordinate inputs, shape content, ensure compliance, and deliver polished, evaluator-focused federal proposals to support Mission-focused government work.

Responsibilities include developing outlines, reviewing RFPs, and translating complex technical input into clear language for evaluators. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of experience supporting federal government proposals.
• Familiarity with APMP or Shipley methodologies and experience coordinating within structured proposal processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate across departments, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs and content across Contracts, Pricing, Recruiting, and technical leads.
• Read and interpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders to identify response requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare final deliverables including formatting, proofreading, and packaging for submission.
• Write and edit proposal sections such as past performance, staffing plans, and cover letters.
• Maintain content library and support quality assurance through templates and checklists.
