Job summary

MRIGlobal is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to join our Government Proposal Management Center in the United States. You will support federal proposal development from kickoff to submission, coordinating with proposal managers, technical staff, and business units to help develop compliant, compelling proposals.

The role emphasizes planning, content development, document production, and quality reviews, with opportunities to improve proposal tools, templates, and past performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Technical Writing, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting proposal development, government contracting, or related activities.
• Knowledge of government solicitations, proposal development processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal efforts for RFPs, RFQs, and government opportunities.
• Assist with solicitation reviews, compliance assessments, and readiness activities.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate proposal meetings, reviews, and status tracking.
• Support authors and reviewers throughout proposal development.
• Assist with final production, quality checks, and submission activities.
• Maintain proposal templates and reusable assets.
