Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Staffing and Senior Manager, Federal Project Manager to support staffing for federal health modernization efforts. You will work with government stakeholders, integration leadership, and data teams to align staffing and ensure timely allocation.

The role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, staffing operations, and coordination for project startups, reporting readiness, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of project coordination, PMO support, staffing coordination, or operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and recruitment activities for federal projects.

• Ensure readiness and reporting across PMO and staffing teams.
• Maintain staffing and project tracking documentation.
• Lead staffing strategies to meet workforce needs now and in the future.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with leaders on hiring requirements and workforce planning objectives.
• Monitor talent gaps across the organization and mentor recruiters.
