Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee CBP patrol-station projects across the Southwest. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, leading site-based construction teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

The role requires guiding projects from procurement through handover, ensuring contract compliance and safety standards. Hybrid work options are available across multiple states with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years as a responsible-in-charge Project Manager in engineering, construction, or PMO.
• Experience with federal construction programs and CBP or similar federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Interface with CBP project managers, stakeholders, contractors, and teams throughout project execution.
• Lead planning, objectives, and delivery activities from planning through closeout.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and performance metrics.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams on-site to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate interfaces across facility, site, and infrastructure to support project execution.
• Manage change requests, RFIs, contract modifications, and project documentation.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and vendor management.
