Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive multiple technical projects in a remote work environment. You will coordinate with vendors and cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and report project status to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 9–11 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and deep knowledge of SDLC, cybersecurity, and program governance. This role collaborates with TSA leadership and contractors to deliver mission‑critical results.

Qualifications

• Typically has a Bachelor's degree, and 9 - 11 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
• PMP certification or pursuit thereof is preferred.
• Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders, including federal contractors and TSA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple technical/scientific projects or one larger program.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and departments; prepare status reports for upper management.
• Lead Agile processes: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and program increments.
• Manage SDLC across projects; ensure compliance with SELC processes and gate reviews.
• Develop and maintain risk management plans and coordinate risk resolution.
• Measure performance with ALM metrics, KPIs, and quality assurance metrics.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity requirements, including POA&M resolution and DHS standards.
• Plan budgets, resource allocation, and schedules; communicate with stakeholders.
• Guide transition-in/out activities for government contracts.
