Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, is seeking a Project Manager for the Federal Market Sector to lead multi-discipline efforts on complex projects. You will coordinate with Principals, Design Managers, and Federal clients to drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality across design and construction phases.

Qualifications include a U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance; a bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/interior design/planning with PE/Architect/Interior Designer

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, or planning; PE/Architect/Interior Designer licensure preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in an engineering or multi-discipline A/E firm.
• Experience with Federal projects is a plus.
• Strong proposal and contract preparation abilities under supervision.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget on Federal projects.
• Develop and present projects to clients, contractors, and public stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Federal clients and consultants; lead project meetings.
• Support marketing and business development activities for Federal work.
• Prepare contracts and fee proposals; participate in negotiations.
• Ensure quality control and staff management, licensing verification.
• Travel as required.
