Job summary

The Building People, LLC seeks a seasoned Project Manager to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the COR and project stakeholders in a campus environment. You will coordinate activities, schedules, and deliverables, and facilitate clear communication among technical teams and stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.

Responsibilities include developing documentation and status reports, supporting PMO initiatives, and providing industry-best-practice guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting project management environments.
• Experience coordinating activities, facilitating communications, and supporting strategic planning.
• Experience supporting operations and maintenance functions in a campus environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the COR and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support strategic planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Develop project documentation and status reports.
• Support execution of PMO initiatives and operational transition activities.
• Provide technical guidance following industry best practices.
• Monitor project progress and support issue resolution.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and briefings.
