Job summary

POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Program Manager with an active SECRET clearance to lead HQ Services programs. You will interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives, and you will oversee the full program, shaping strategic plans and guiding staff.

The role requires at least eight years as a Program Manager focusing on risk management, innovation, and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Program Manager with a focus on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.
• Must hold an active SECRET clearance.
• Experience interfacing with government management personnel and customer agency representatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire program for HQ Services.
• Develops and implements strategic plans to align program objectives with customer mission and goals.
