Job summary

Pond is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineer or Architect) to join our Federal group, primarily supporting our Navy program. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate sub-consultants to deliver complex projects on time and on budget, while maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DoD/Navy work, with a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture and a PE/RA registration.

Qualifications

• Must have accredited Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment; Federal experience preferred.
• Professional Registration (PE or RA) required.
• Navy or DoD project experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of facilities design, construction, contract management, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Oversee sub-consultants and contract management.
• Ensure federal facility design requirements are met.
• Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction.
• Travel as needed; ability to obtain security credentials if required.
