Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineer or Architect) to join our Federal group in the Mobile area. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage sub-consultants, and drive project delivery with a client-first mindset.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture, 5+ years in relevant fields, and a professional registration. Willingness to travel and ability to obtain CAC/security clearance may be required for federal assignments.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 5+ years of PM experience in architecture, engineering, or construction, preferably Federal.
• Professional Registration (PE or RA) required.
• Strong knowledge of facilities design, project delivery, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and sub-consultants.
• Lead projects in a team-based environment with a client-first approach.
• Oversee design requirements for federal facilities, including DoD and Navy-related work when applicable.
• Travel as needed for project execution and meetings.
