Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineer or Architect) to join our Federal group in the United States. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate sub-consultants, and ensure client-first service on complex government projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record delivering DoD and Navy-related facilities, a PE/RA credential, and readiness to travel as needed; you will drive performance, risk management, and quality control across projects.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction organization, preferably Federal.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Professional Registration (PE or RA) required.
• Thorough knowledge of facilities design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management.
• Experience with Federal contracting, procurement processes, and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Occasional attendance at meetings and off-site events; must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance.
• Position may require occasional travel.
• Must be able to travel internationally, if required, via passport or other official documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC); access to federal installations may require additional security credentials and the ability to obtain a security clearance
