Job summary

AECOM in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Project Manager II to lead moderately complex projects for regional clients, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires strong communication, experience in design and construction, cost control, contract administration, and familiarity with BIM and construction management software. Sponsorship and relocation are not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Five years full-time paid professional experience managing facilities design or capital projects.
• Experience with BIM and construction management.
• Experience coordinating local worker PLAs, prevailing wage/public works.
• Live near Pasadena.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more moderately complex projects for regional clients.
• Supervise architects, engineers, and design team consultants.
• Control design phase cost, budget, schedule, and reporting to the client.
• Coordinate approvals, permitting, and stakeholder management.
• Review status and overall construction project progress relative to schedules.
• Verify submitted applications for payment and perform overall fiscal management.
