Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Project Management Analyst to provide program support for a federal energy R&D client in Washington, DC. You will assist with initiation, solicitation, and procurement, monitor performance, and prepare status briefs for a cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PM support roles, experience with schedule/financial/quality/scope management, and a Bachelor’s degree. Public Trust eligibility is also expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project support experience with government or research and development organizations.
• 3+ years in roles such as Project Management Analyst, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Scheduler, or Project Management Financial Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with schedule management, project financial management, quality management, scope management, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to a federal energy client for R&D programs.
• Assist with project initiation, solicitation, and procurement.
• Monitor performance against awards, cost, schedule, and milestones.
• Prepare reports and briefs illustrating project status and accomplishments.
• Coordinate and support meetings and conferences.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver outputs on time and within budget.
• Assist the client with developing and executing research and development projects.
