Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing federal government budgeting and financial management.
• 2+ years of experience with Cooperative Agreements or Transaction Agreements.
• Experience in assisting with analysis and support for federal R&D projects.
• Experience with programs, including supporting budget and schedule creation, and tracking of financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
• Experience supporting schedule, budget, and program risks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with new program acquisition, solicitations, and contracting actions.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of large-scale R&D programs from budgeting to execution.
• Draft funding documents, reports, and briefings for government clients.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers and CORs on funding documents and solicitations.
• Track expenditures, obligations, and financial commitments across programs.
• Support program schedule creation and risk management related to finance.
• Produce clear, concise briefings and documentation for stakeholders.
