• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key program artifacts, including the Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM), to track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic/sponsor objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, track budgets, and prepare data-driven reports and presentations for program leadership and government stakeholders.
• Manage procurement actions by researching requirements, evaluating vendors, and preparing documentation in compliance with federal regulations.
• Apply your knowledge of federal acquisition processes to ensure all purchasing decisions are compliant, timely, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different departments and agencies to coordinate program activities and resolve issues.
• Assist in handling and tracking contract deliverables, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on schedule.
