Job summary

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support federal IT and business projects through requirements analysis, project coordination, Agile support, documentation, stakeholder communication, and user acceptance activities.

The role involves onsite work in Southwest Washington, DC for the initial period, with a hybrid schedule later requiring at least two onsite days per week and up to three telework days, subject to Government direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative, coordination, business-analysis, or project-support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce accurate customer-ready documentation.
• Experience supporting requirements, project tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and project requirements.
• Develop or refine user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting project documentation.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and track results, actions, risks and issues.
• Maintain project materials, meeting notes, action logs, schedules and stakeholder updates.
• Use collaboration/documentation platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or comparable tools.
