Job summary

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support federal IT and business projects through requirements analysis, project coordination, Agile support, documentation, stakeholder communication, and user acceptance activities.

The position is onsite in Southwest Washington, DC for the first two months, then a hybrid schedule with at least two onsite days per week and up to three telework days, subject to Government direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of admin, coordination, business-analysis, or project-support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce customer-ready documentation.
• Experience supporting requirements, project tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and project requirements.
• Develop or refine user stories, acceptance criteria and project docs.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and track results, risks, issues.
• Maintain project materials, meeting notes, action logs, schedules and updates.
• Use collaboration platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar tools.
