Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in government project control/cost management.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as duties require.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates, analyze trends, and provide variance reports.
• Establish baselines for cost and schedule and suggest corrective actions.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule development and progress reporting.
• Conduct risk analyses and assess budget/performance impacts.
• Prepare performance reports with KPIs, forecasts, and explanations.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and reporting requirements.
• Support audits, data validation, and documentation for transparency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve cost control processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
