Job summary

You will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to track progress, control expenditures, and manage change orders while ensuring FAR/CAS compliance and supporting audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain federal background clearance.
• Experience with government budgeting, FAR, and CAS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates and variance reports.
• Establish baselines and monitor variances.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) progress reporting.
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analyses.
• Present performance reports with KPIs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers to control costs and changes.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and CAS reporting.
• Assist audits and data validation.
• Improve cost control processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
