Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of government budgeting and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates and variance reports.
• Establish baselines for cost and schedule and monitor variances.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and progress reporting.
• Conduct cost/schedule risk analyses and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams on progress and changes.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and reporting requirements.
• Assist audits and data validation for transparency.
• Continuously improve cost controls processes.
