CDM Smith in the United States is seeking a cost control professional to develop, monitor, and report on project budgets and schedules for federal contracts. The role requires expertise in government budgeting, FAR/CAS, cost estimation, and earned value analysis, with hands-on use of Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Travel up to 100% may be required on large programs. You will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to contract

Qualifications

• Experience with government cost control practices and reporting.
• Ability to navigate FAR/CAS requirements and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates; provide accruals and variance reports.
• Manage IMS baselines and progress reporting.
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analyses and present findings.
• Collaborate with PMs, estimators, and field teams; manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/CAS and audit readiness.
