Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong background in government budgeting, FAR, and CAS.
• Experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to develop and manage IMS and cost/schedule reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates and variance reports.
• Establish baselines for cost and schedule and recommend actions.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule development and progress reporting.
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analyses.
• Present project performance reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs, estimators, and field teams to track progress and manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and reporting requirements.
• Support audits and data validation.
