Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates, analyze trends, and provide accruals and variance reports.
• Establish baselines for cost and schedule and identify variances with corrective actions.
• Support the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and progress reporting.
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present performance reports including KPIs, forecasts, and explanations.
